Conditions:

Orders can be placed anytime but no later than 1.00pm weekdays and 10.00am Saturday to qualify for our 4 hour delivery guarantee. Orders received after these times may still be delivered the same day but it is not guaranteed.

The 4 hour delivery guarantee period commences from 8.00am local time at delivery destination (excludes Sundays and Public Holidays) or from time order received, whichever is the later.

Available for delivery to most major cities and towns and their suburbs in Australia only. (You will be notified if service not available to your order destination)

The 4 hour Guarantee will not apply on Peak Trading Days such as Valentines Day and Mothers Day due to the huge volume of orders.

Incorrect or insufficient delivery details will invalidate the 4 hour guarantee and may incur additional re-direction charges.

The 4 hour guarantee will not apply to orders placed via Internet, Email or FAX that are not received by us in reasonable time due to communication failures beyond our control.

We will acknowledge all orders confirming all relevant details have been received and that the 4 hour guarantee is applicable.
